Ulrik Bang

ICF-certified life coach · Master stress coach

Ulrik Bang is an ICF-certified life coach and certified stress coach with a Master's-level specialisation in stress coaching. Behind that sits twenty years as a pedagogue and leader working with people, staff development and the working environment. He coaches individuals and organisations on inner values, motivation and the beliefs that quietly work against your goals — and on reading stress signals early enough to do something about them. His approach is calm and structured: trust and safety first, then concrete tools and tasks between sessions.

Beyond our core team, Longevity Institute matches you with certified coaches from our wider network across eight specialities.

Important

Longevity Institute provides health guidance based on lifestyle science. We are not a medical device, and we do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Always consult qualified health professionals about medical concerns. Our aim is to supplement — not replace — professional care.

Correlation is not causation. The figures cited come from large observational studies and randomised trials as referenced; individual results vary. Scores are a marker of progress — not a diagnosis.
