Programs & coaching
Registration is binding at the time of booking. Prepayment may be required. Refunds are given for cancellations up to 14 days before the start date. Once a program has started, it is not refundable but may in special cases be moved to the next cohort.
Book sales
Books are purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Saxo, etc.). Complaints should be directed to the retailer that sold the book.
Vila app
Vila is operated by Vila Health and has its own terms. Longevity Institute is not responsible for features or data in the app.
Health disclaimer
Content on the site and in the programs is educational, not medical care. Talk to your doctor before changing medication or starting intensive training.
Liability
Longevity Institute is only liable under the general rules of Danish law and is not liable for indirect losses.
Venue
Disputes are settled at the Copenhagen City Court under Danish law.
